Our cheeses not only captivate the taste buds of enthusiasts but also garner prestigious international recognitions. In 2019, at the World Cheese Awards, 9 of our pecorinos graced the podium: 2 gold medals, 2 silver, and 5 bronze, a triumph that fills us with pride and attests to the excellence of our production. But that's not all: in 1990, the National Award for Crete Senesi bestowed upon our dairy the title of Best Pecorino in Italy, confirming the unparalleled quality of our cheeses.

In 2019, the 32nd edition of the World Cheese Awards took place in Italy, in Bergamo, providing an additional reason to participate in one of the most authoritative cheese competitions in the industry. Our dairy proudly positioned 9 of our pecorinos on the podium: 2 gold medals, 2 silver, and 5 bronze.

1st sensory evaluation of Italian cheeses

On July 22, 1990, at the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, our dairy was honored with the National Award for Crete Senesi for producing the Best Pecorino in Italy.
