In 2014, we designed and implemented the line of vegetable pecorino cheese. Compared with traditional pecorino, the difference mainly lies in the use of vegetable rennet rather than rennet of animal origin. By applying this process, we have obtained a cheese that is also suitable for those who follow a vegetarian diet.

Available as: wheel with rounded sides weighing 1.5 kg / whole wheel and also vacuum-packed as follows: whole wheel, 1.5 kg; half-wheel, 0.75 kg; quarter-wheel 0.35 kg.
